GetGround is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their hybrid team in London, contributing to the development of end-to-end real estate investment solutions. This role involves building data products and analytics infrastructure across the full stack, including SQL transformations, dbt models, and cloud-based warehouses (BigQuery), while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams. The candidate will help define analytics practices for an AI-first development culture, mentor other engineers, support Mixpanel event instrumentation, and enable self-serve analytics across the business. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering, fluency in SQL, familiarity with git, dbt, and cloud-based warehouses, experience with CI pipelines and modular dbt practices, and a collaborative mindset to challenge assumptions and mentor colleagues.
