Join GetGround as a Senior Analytics Engineer in London, working as part of a cross-functional data team to build analytics infrastructure and data products across the full stack. You will develop and maintain SQL and dbt models, manage the Count Metrics Catalog, collaborate closely with Product, Design, Growth, and RevOps teams, and enable self-serve analytics across the organization. The role requires 3–5+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering, fluency in SQL, experience with git, dbt, BigQuery, CI pipelines, and working with event-level product analytics. You will work in a hybrid environment (4 days in-office, Wednesday optional WFH), participate in mentoring, drive adoption of best practices, and help define analytics standards in an AI-first culture.
