This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Analog RF IC Design Engineer to join a globally recognized leader in wireless technology, based in Cambridge, England. In this role, you will be part of a highly experienced team responsible for designing low-power Bluetooth and Wi-Fi radios, contributing to the development of advanced wireless transceiver solutions. You will take ownership of specific blocks in the radio system—such as phase-locked loops (PLLs), crystal oscillators (XO), receivers, transmitters, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), digital-to-analog converters (DACs), and power management units (PMUs)—and lead them from feasibility through to detailed design, layout support, and production. The ideal candidate will hold a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Electronics Engineering or a related field and possess solid industry experience in analog or RF IC design, with hands-on involvement in components like VCOs, PAs, LNAs, mixers, filters, and oscillators. Experience working with wireless standards such as Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is highly desirable, along with strong communication skills and a passion for developing cutting-edge, low-power technology. This position offers a competitive salary package that includes a generous bonus and stock units, along with excellent benefits. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified international candidates. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in one of the world’s most respected wireless technology environments, offering both technical challenge and global impact.
