The Senior Analog IC Design Engineer will be responsible for high-level simulation and block design of mixed-signal ASICs, working closely with the IC Manager and as part of a highly experienced, friendly team. The role focuses on architectural design, system-level simulation, and abstract modelling of analog blocks, with opportunities to lead IC projects and gain experience in wider technical activities such as silicon verification, qualification, failure analysis, and production test design. Candidates should hold a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Electronics Engineering or a related field and have established experience in Analog Mixed Signal IC Design, including the design of references, ADCs, DACs, LDOs, and oscillators. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer priorities are essential. The client offers a competitive salary of up to £85,000 plus benefits, an annual bonus structure, pension scheme, private healthcare, flexible working (minimum 2 days in the office), and provides visa sponsorship and relocation assistance if needed.
