IC Resources is seeking an experienced RF Systems Lead to act as the technical authority on RF systems across diverse projects. The role involves providing expertise in RF design, system architecture, and integration, with a strong understanding of 3GPP standards, and contributing to business development through technical leadership. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including DSP, communications, and wireless technologies, while engaging with clients at a senior level to deliver high-performance, innovative RF solutions. This is a senior-level, highly technical role that focuses on solving complex technical challenges rather than line management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RF systems, a hands-on problem-solving mindset, and the ability to influence technical decisions across projects. Applicants should have 15–20 years of relevant experience (flexible for exceptional candidates). The position offers a competitive salary (£110,000+ DOE plus bonus scheme, up to £140k for director-level consideration), hybrid working (3 days onsite preferred), relocation support, and visa sponsorship if required.
