Jisc is a not-for-profit organization focused on improving lives through education and research by providing hardware, software, and networking solutions. The Relationship Manager for the East region will manage a portfolio of FES accounts, acting as the principal point of contact for all Jisc products, services, and development programs. This role will involve conducting reviews and relationship management activities to help members maximize the value of their Jisc membership, identifying opportunities to generate more revenue from existing accounts, and developing additional business. The manager will also assure the quality of service delivery to members, troubleshoot issues, handle complaints, and engage with key stakeholders to strengthen Jisc’s position in the UK’s education and research sectors. The role requires regular travel to Jisc offices and customer locations, occasional overnight stays, and the ideal candidate should reside in the East Midlands/Eastern region. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proven track record of managing complex relationships, and the ability to generate sales within a technology organization.
