The Project Management Intern role at GE Vernova involves supporting the Project Manager and coordinating key activities and tasks for warranty projects in Operations. The intern will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customer and internal reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner. Additionally, the intern will assist with monitoring project progress and ensuring that technical reports are delivered to the customer. The role includes interfacing with Sourcing & Procurement, suppliers, and other departments, as well as maintaining logs for all project contracts, purchase orders, and variation orders. This position requires an understanding of project management principles, and familiarity with project planning tools like MS Project or Primavera is a plus. A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering is required, and previous project management experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication and people management skills are essential for this role, as the intern will be responsible for coordinating multiple project activities and ensuring deadlines are met. The role is based in Stafford, Staffordshire, and requires fluency in English.
