Candidates should have proven project management experience within industrial automation, bespoke capital equipment, or engineering systems, demonstrate success delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams, and possess strong technical understanding of capital equipment engineering and automation technologies. A degree-level education or equivalent is required, along with practical knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts), strong commercial awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills, customer relationship abilities, collaborative spirit, and a continuous improvement mindset.
