The Professional Security Services Coordinator at Jisc plays a key role within the Cyber Security division, supporting the full lifecycle of professional security services from inception to development. This hybrid role, based in one of Jisc’s UK hubs (London, Bristol, Manchester, or Oxford), involves acting as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating and scheduling security service engagements, maintaining accurate digital records and reports, and collaborating with penetration testers, security specialists, and assessors. Candidates should have proven administrative experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. While ITIL Foundation is desirable, it's not mandatory.
