About the team: The Product team in the Student Services department of the Customer and Sector Enablement Directorate (CSE) is responsible for managing and developing websites Prospects, Luminate and Hedd and their associated products and services. The team comprises of product owners and product managers as well as QA and UX specialists. All members of the team work together, often cross functionally to deliver products and services which are world class.
