This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to drive the direction of Domino's connected products, by empowering customers with the knowledge and insights needed to effectively operate, maintain, and repair their equipment. This is a hybrid role, working with multiple stakeholders to define the dashboards needed to provide customers visualisations of their coding performance and act as a first port of call for issue resolution. Internal data and dashboards are also used by Domino's Technical Help Desks to remotely diagnose and resolve issues effectively and by Domino's data analysts and scientists to ensure the data and frameworks are in place to proactively identify and seize opportunities for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in making IoT and Data a key value proposition for Domino and a compelling reason to choose Domino for our customers.
