The Principal Product Manager, Operations at Monzo Bank will lead high-impact initiatives leveraging technologies such as machine learning (ML) and large language models (LLMs) to enhance Monzo’s award-winning customer support. This senior role involves setting a high bar for impact and execution, managing complex stakeholder alignment, and coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams, while partnering closely with directors in Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to shape the product strategy for customer support and drive innovation. The position requires 5–10 years of experience in launching complex, high-impact products within world-class product-led organisations, including zero-to-one product launches, a proven ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, strong attention to detail, a commitment to user-centric design, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to inspire, motivate, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Successful candidates will demonstrate creativity, problem-solving skills, strategic prioritisation, adaptability in ambiguity, and the ability to build trust quickly. The role offers a competitive salary of £120,000–£160,000 depending on experience, plus stock options, benefits, relocation support, visa sponsorship, flexible working arrangements, and a £1,000 annual learning budget.
