The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams and agile working practices, including story creation, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Essential qualifications include a degree in engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of ICE and electrified powertrains, expertise in HIL systems, CAN tools (e.g., CANalyzer, INCA), and compliance standards like ISO, WLTP, and RDE.
