Jisc is seeking a Platform Owner for its DXP Operations team within the Group CTO directorate. The role involves creating and maintaining a strategic vision for platform services, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, and delivering high-quality changes to platforms that support customer experiences. As a key strategic role, the Platform Owner will work cross-functionally in a matrix environment, collaborating with stakeholders across product management, agile development teams, technical architects, and customers to optimise platform value and governance. Responsibilities include managing product backlogs, leading platform steering groups, setting operational and platform metrics, and continuously improving data quality, security, and compliance through ITIL frameworks and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in platform or product management, stakeholder engagement, change management, Salesforce, and relevant collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. The role also includes leading on privacy-by-design, security, continuous improvement, technical discovery, platform operations, and mentoring delivery teams.
