Join Viridien as a People Development & Engagement Specialist and play a key role in advancing employee development, talent management, and engagement initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the People Development, Talent, and Engagement Director, you will manage programs such as Coaching, Mentorship, 360 assessments, and leadership development, monitor engagement surveys, and leverage internal and external learning resources. You will collaborate with global HR teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, manage program budgets, evaluate training effectiveness, support talent reviews, and contribute to change management initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields, 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent management, strong analytical and project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
