Mistral AI is seeking a Partner Manager SI - EMEA to join its growing Go-To-Market team as part of its rapid global expansion. This full-time hybrid role, based in Paris or London, is focused on building and managing strategic partnerships with Regional System Integrators (RSIs) across EMEA. The successful candidate will design and implement Mistral’s alliance strategy, negotiate and enhance partnership agreements, and drive co-selling activities, technical integrations, and joint marketing campaigns. They will manage partner enablement programs and gather market intelligence to support product and GTM strategies. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), a minimum of 5 years of experience in GTM, partner management, or business development roles, and deep knowledge of the EMEA SI ecosystem. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
