The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and be proficient in customizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role requires a keen understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that our CRM system meets the needs of our users. Role and Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to manage the Dynamics 365 and Office 365 offering. Develop and customize solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customizations, extensions, and integrations. Implement custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and other components to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality and meet business needs. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards. Support deployment activities, data migration, and system integration efforts as part of Dynamics 365 projects. Promote, develop and improve the Dynamics 365 and Office 365 usage in the company. Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Field Service application management. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central management.
