PepsiCo UK is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to work at its Leicester site, the largest manufacturing plant in the UK, producing a wide range of food and beverage products. The role involves working with Maintenance Planners, Line Engineering Leads, and Manufacturing Technicians to ensure completion of all planned maintenance, providing reactive support to shift teams, collaborating with specialists in controls, electrical, reliability, and condition monitoring to support preventative work, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include leading root cause analysis, ensuring maintenance plans and task instructions are accurate, creating visual management for maintenance tasks, and acting as an ambassador for engineering standards, health & safety, and food safety.
