This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrically biased Maintenance Engineer with leadership skills to step up as a Maintenance Supervisor with a global manufacturing company based in the Scottish Borders. The position involves leading and supporting a team of engineers, overseeing the smooth running of daily maintenance activities, allocating jobs, conducting team meetings, and providing hands-on technical support when required. The company is an international manufacturer recognised for its innovative, sustainable and high-quality products, and continues to invest in modern technology. In this supervisory role, you will be expected to set clear expectations, maintain high performance standards, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing site. The job is Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, offering a salary between £55,000 and £65,000, annual bonus, overtime opportunities, 8% pension, 36 days holiday, and additional company benefits. Relocation support and visa sponsorship are available if required. This position is ideal for an electrically biased engineer with previous supervisory or management experience, a manufacturing background, and the ambition to progress towards Maintenance Manager level.
