The Senior Lead Machine Learning Scientist will be a senior Individual Contributor responsible for leading advanced ML initiatives across personalisation, fraud prevention, operational tooling, and financial crime detection. This role involves developing and deploying cutting-edge ML models including deep learning, graph neural networks, transformers, and real-time systems, working closely with cross-functional squads of Product, Engineering, Data, and Risk teams. The candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor other ML practitioners, influence strategy, and set best practices across the organisation. Required skills include Python, SQL, ML frameworks, MLOps, and experience in large-scale ML deployments.
