The Machine Learning Research Engineer will join the Applied AI team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment to develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI-powered solutions that drive innovation in Cambridge English products. The role involves optimizing models for performance and reusability, collaborating with product and business teams, and staying at the forefront of AI and ML trends. Essential qualifications include a Master’s degree in AI/ML or Computer Science, at least 2 years of hands-on experience deploying ML solutions, and strong expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
