Aston Business School's Business Analytics and Information Systems department is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Cybersecurity to support teaching, PhD/DBA supervision, and enterprise activities while also contributing to the Cyber Security Innovation (CSI) Centre, which collaborates with industry, government, and research institutions on real-world cybersecurity challenges. Candidates should have a PhD in a relevant field, with experience teaching subjects such as cybersecurity, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and fintech. Applicants are encouraged to bring forward innovative ideas to enhance the department’s academic offerings and industry engagement. A record of research funding, impactful publications, and experience working on cybersecurity-related projects is highly desirable.
