Aston Business School, part of Aston University, is seeking a highly motivated and inspirational individual for the role of Lecturer in Business/Digital Transformation. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, PhD/DBA supervision, research, and enterprise activities within the Business Analytics and Information Systems Department. This role supports Aston’s newly established Centre of Excellence for AI Enterprise, and candidates with expertise in business transformation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and enterprise innovation are especially encouraged to apply. Applicants should hold a good first degree and a PhD in a relevant discipline, with a desirable emerging record of research funding, impactful publications, and contributions to industry or society. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary between £40,497 and £55,755 per annum, and it qualifies for visa sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker route.
