The Lead Product Engineer at GetGround will help shape and define the roadmap of co-intelligent teams, enabling team members to achieve impact through thought leadership and a delivery mindset. You will work in cross-functional product teams taking ideas from concept to deployment, building user-facing AI-native products across the full stack using React/TypeScript frontend and Golang backend while leveraging AI tools as your co-pilot. The role involves collaborating closely with product and design teams to ship high-quality features, writing clear maintainable code for humans and AI models, defining engineering practices for an AI-first development culture, and mentoring other engineers as the team scales. Candidates should have a product mindset, fullstack experience on consumer-facing products, curiosity, experimentation mindset, and proficiency in AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, code generation), with the ability to drive change, impact, and excellence in others through mentoring.
