The Lead Product Engineer will help shape and define the roadmap of co-intelligent teams, enabling those around them to achieve impact through thought leadership and a delivery mindset. The role involves working in cross-functional product teams, taking ideas from concept to deployment, navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment, and building user-facing AI-native products across the full stack, including React/TypeScript frontend and Golang backend, using AI tools as a co-pilot. The engineer will collaborate closely with product and design to ship high-quality features, write clear, maintainable code, define engineering practices for an AI-first development culture, and mentor other engineers. Candidates should have experience as fullstack engineers on consumer-facing products, a product mindset, curiosity, an experimentation mindset, and excitement about using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.
