This role involves maintaining the integrated master schedule, facilitating earned value analysis and reporting, and providing detailed project performance analysis to track deviations from the approved baseline. The planner will be responsible for monthly program reviews, including schedule and budget management, scenario planning, and adherence to PMO processes. The candidate will also act as a technical leader in earned value management, change and risk management, and project forecasting. They will assist with resource coordination across teams, support customer-facing discussions regarding milestones and deliverables, and help drive best practices in project planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a solid foundation in project scheduling and planning. Desired characteristics include experience with lean methodologies such as Hoshin Kanri and knowledge of tools like the Deltek suite, especially Open Plan.
