Responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, managing complex shop floor issues, and aligning operations with the latest industry trends. Applicants should have at least 5 years of PCB manufacturing experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with sectors such as aerospace, military, or general manufacturing. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HNC/HND) is required. Desirable qualifications include a Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher), and experience with VSM, Oracle, and Microsoft Office applications.
