Techmunity is partnering with an early-stage AI startup based in London that is on a mission to revolutionize its industry through cutting-edge AI technology. They are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer who is ready to grow into a CTO position as the company scales. This is a unique opportunity to join at the foundational stage, build impactful solutions, and lead the technology strategy of a rapidly evolving business. The ideal candidate will have experience building and shipping products in fast-paced startup environments, be capable of thinking beyond code to solve broader technical and strategic challenges, and thrive in hybrid work environments while collaborating closely with a high-performing team. The role requires a broad technical skill set including Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, GraphQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Additional experience with AI/ML integration, LLMs, automation, distributed systems, DevOps, and security best practices is also highly valued. Key responsibilities include developing and scaling high-impact platforms, shaping the technology stack and architecture, leading and mentoring the engineering team, and ultimately stepping into a CTO leadership role. The role offers a competitive salary of £90,000 to £130,000 based on experience, equity options, visa sponsorship, and the opportunity to make a real difference by using advanced AI to disrupt a static industry, all while enjoying autonomy, ownership, and a clear path to executive leadership.
