This is a fixed-term, full-time opportunity as Lead Delivery Manager at the Bank of England, based in Leeds and running until April 2026. The role sits within the Technology Directorate, specifically in the DGCIO division supporting Monetary Policy and Financial Stability. The successful candidate will lead the Future Data Systems (FDS) programme, delivering a new statistical production system (STRATUS) built on the Enterprise Data Platform. The role requires collaboration with Bank staff, business and technology teams, and a third-party consultancy to ensure contract delivery, integration, and governance. The Lead Delivery Manager will oversee programme-level risks, maintain delivery logs, adopt suitable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and support data migration and go-live readiness. Applicants should have significant experience with delivery frameworks, strong planning and people leadership skills, stakeholder engagement ability, and ideally knowledge of Government Digital Services (GDS) standards and ITIL. The Bank promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion, welcomes flexible and part-time work patterns, and offers a benefits package including a non-contributory pension, private medical insurance, and 26 days of annual leave. Employment is subject to National Security Vetting, and visa sponsorship is possible but considered on a case-by-case basis. Applications must be fully completed and submitted by 2 July 2025.
