Monzo Bank is hiring a Lead Data Scientist to help build the bank of the future, working across multiple data science teams including Borrowing, Growth, Payments, Fincrime, Wealth, and Core. You will lead Monzo’s data strategy, mentor data scientists and analytics engineers, and develop experimentation and analytics best practices. This role involves working closely with product, engineering, design, and research teams to build data-driven products, make strategic decisions, and unlock value for customers. You should have experience in deploying advanced ML models, strong Python and SQL skills, experience with deep learning, graph-based or sequence-based architectures, and enjoy working with cross-functional, fast-moving teams.
