A Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) role for a Product Innovation Lead – Generative AI and LLM Specialist, based in London with AWTG Limited and the University of Glasgow. The Associate will work on developing LEAP, an AI-powered education platform integrating pedagogy, real-time analytics, and adaptive learning. Responsibilities include designing and fine-tuning LLMs, building RAG systems, integrating AI components for deployment, creating pedagogical frameworks, collaborating with stakeholders across academia and business, conducting beta testing with educators and students, and ensuring ethical implementation of AI. The position offers training funding, the opportunity to pursue a higher degree, and potential for a permanent role with AWTG. This role requires strong expertise in AI/ML programming, LLMs, educational technology, full-stack development, project management, and cross-functional leadership. Salary ranges from £43,500 to £46,500 per annum depending on experience, fixed term for 24 months, and may be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under UK rules.
