This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work with a founding engineering team building an advanced observability platform used to debug complex bioinformatics pipelines. As a Junior Engineer, you’ll help architect and develop the Rust-based client, data ingestion connectors, logs management systems, and error resolution tools. You will also take part in cloud deployments, particularly using AWS and Terraform, and work on innovative systems using eBPF, dynamic library rewriting, and other modern techniques.
