The role involves delivering product portfolios on time and within budget, creating cost-effective customer-focused products, supporting commercial teams with market insights, pricing and performance strategies, monitoring sales and profitability, and acting as a subject-matter expert in qualification verification services. The Product Manager will collaborate with product owners, QA, UX specialists, universities and external partners, communicate value propositions clearly, and contribute to Jisc’s mission of digital and data transformation through flexible hybrid working and a strong benefits package.
