Ninja Theory, a five-time BAFTA award-winning game studio and part of Xbox Game Studios, is seeking a Junior to Mid-level IT Technician to join their Cambridge studio. The successful candidate will provide first-line customer-focused IT support in a hybrid Windows environment, addressing Tier 1 helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues, deploying and maintaining equipment for staff and new hires, and supporting networking, AV systems, and cloud infrastructure projects. This role involves working closely with the in-house IT team to ensure smooth operations across the studio, with exposure to advanced technologies and systems. Essential skills include knowledge of Windows 10/11, networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP), and PC hardware assembly and troubleshooting. Desirable skills include familiarity with M365, Azure, Jira, Confluence, and AV systems. Candidates should have prior experience in an IT support environment and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
