The Integration Analyst will be part of the IT Clinical Systems (ITCS) team supporting the integration of healthcare systems across Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KCH), working within a shared digital programme focused on the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The successful candidate will use Epic Bridges and InterSystems HealthConnect to design, build, test, and maintain interfaces between clinical and operational systems. Responsibilities include ensuring secure, timely, and accurate data exchange across systems; resolving interface-related service desk incidents; handling error triaging and analysis; maintaining clear and updated interface documentation; supporting Epic upgrades; and liaising with vendors to manage technical issues. The post-holder will work collaboratively with analysts, developers, IT specialists, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements, participate in agile change control and development processes, and implement robust, sustainable solutions. This role requires strong technical experience in interface development using HL7 messaging standards, SQL, and programming languages such as .NET, Java, or InterSystems ObjectScript. Applicants should have experience working in a health informatics, integration, or systems support role and should ideally hold or be willing to attain Epic Bridges certification. Knowledge of Epic EHR and experience supporting integration engines like InterSystems HealthConnect is highly desirable. The position is Band 7 on the NHS Agenda for Change pay scale, offering a salary between £54,320 and £60,981 per annum (inclusive of HCA), and includes permanent, full-time hybrid working based at York Road, London, with occasional travel across Trust sites.
