As the Infrastructure Lead, you will support the Head of Infrastructure in providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance for the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of LCP's on-premises and cloud infrastructure. With 90% of the infrastructure in Azure and 10% on-premises, this role is primarily hands-on, encompassing 75% engineering and design, complemented by 25% focused on policy, process, documentation, and leadership. You will play a crucial role in LCP's transformation, blending technological advancements with strategic insight to enhance their infrastructure.
