The role involves leading and scaling engineering teams across computer vision, AI/ML, mobile/web apps, and infrastructure, defining the engineering roadmap, delivering end-to-end AI project deployment, mentoring senior engineers and team leads, and preparing the company for future Series B funding. Candidates should have 10+ years in software engineering/AI/ML, with 3+ years in a leadership role, experience scaling teams in Series A/B startups, strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure), and experience in web & mobile app delivery and data pipelines. This leadership-focused role offers a salary of £140k–£150k plus equity, hybrid work (1–2 days/week in London), 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, private medical/dental/optical/travel insurance, and visa sponsorship.
