The Head of Product: Digital Insights is a senior leadership role based in Cambridge, Coventry, or Gateshead (hybrid), offering a competitive salary between £69,800 – £93,350. The role focuses on defining and delivering a commercially driven strategy for digital insight products that enhance educational experiences and outcomes. You will lead the development of digital testing systems that provide valid and reliable insights, manage and support a high-performing product management team, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed a strong product operating model. The position requires a creative, strategic thinker with experience in digital product development, data tools, education technology, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include driving innovation, leading complex projects, improving product standards, and contributing to a culture of inclusion, learning, and customer-first thinking. You must have strong analytical and negotiation skills, an understanding of global education and assessment practices, and the ability to lead in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
