Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a visionary and driven professional to join as Head of Digital Patient Pathway Management, responsible for leading the Trust-wide implementation of the Federated Data Platform and other digital solutions to transform patient pathway management. This senior leadership role involves working closely with clinical and operational teams to enhance equity of access, reduce variation in outcomes, support elective recovery, and ensure care is timely and effective. The post holder will bridge frontline services and digital innovation by translating complex clinical requirements into scalable digital strategies that streamline patient journeys and improve outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading digital programmes aligned with Trust and North West London priorities, managing operational delivery, fostering user engagement, training staff on digital tools, and collaborating with EPR and transformation teams to ensure integrated digital and clinical operations. Applicants should have extensive experience in NHS digital change programmes, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of delivering complex projects, and the ability to navigate technical, operational, and clinical challenges in a highly dynamic environment.
