Kernel is an AI-native data platform that helps enterprise RevOps teams clean, enrich, and manage CRM data at scale. The GTM Operations Lead role sits at the center of Kernel’s commercial operations, working directly with the CEO, Account Executives, and SDR team to orchestrate mid-funnel and closing motions. The role focuses on ensuring AEs are fully supported across the sales cycle, identifying bottlenecks, improving mid-funnel processes, maintaining pipeline discipline, and reinforcing qualification standards. You will translate product updates into sales motions by improving demos, talk tracks, collateral, and competitive positioning, while also bringing insights from Sales into Product and Growth. The position requires hands-on B2B SaaS sales experience, exposure to fast-paced startup environments, strong quantitative and business judgment skills, and the ability to switch between strategic and operational work quickly. Familiarity with MEDDPICC, experience supporting fast-scaling sales teams, and exposure to enterprise sales motions are preferred. The role is high-intensity, requires 4+ days a week in the London office, and is not suitable for those who prefer slow pace, remote work, or highly structured environments. Kernel offers a salary of £70,000–£100,000 plus equity, 24 days holiday, pension, office dinners, top-spec equipment, and close work with founders. Visa sponsorship is available only for exceptional candidates.
