The Graduate Product Engineer at GetGround will work in cross-functional product teams, taking ideas from concept to deployment, and contributing to the development of user-facing AI-native products across the full stack using React/TypeScript for frontend and Golang for backend. The role involves collaborating closely with product and design teams to ship high-quality features quickly, writing maintainable code for both humans and AI models, and learning from and contributing to engineering practices in an AI-first development culture. Candidates should have a product mindset with curiosity, a commercial focus, and exposure to fullstack development through internships, projects, or coursework. The position requires comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment, experimenting with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT, and contributing to the product roadmap.
