Join STFC as a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer and contribute to world-leading scientific research at the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary of £35,049 per annum plus a £1,000 welcome bonus. You will work across all aspects of mechanical design engineering, including concepts, 2D & 3D CAD designs, engineering drawings, calculations, procurement, installation/commissioning, testing, and final reporting. Gain exposure to precision mechanisms, motion systems, high power magnets, cryogenic and vacuum systems, and extreme sample environment systems.
