The On Wing Support Customer Order & Fulfillment Manager, based in Feltham, UK, will be responsible for managing all aspects of engine maintenance from the initial job request through to final billing, including maintaining relationships with customers and coordinating activities across GE Aviation facilities worldwide. The role involves overseeing job quotations, resource allocation, team launch, and job execution, ensuring a 24/7, 365 operation. The manager will maintain a safe and compliant working environment, drive continuous quality improvement, and oversee the resolution of operational issues. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing sales forecasts, and driving strategic actions to meet customer demands. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and experience with engine maintenance, including field and shop operations. The role also involves after-hours support for AOG (Aircraft On Ground) situations and compliance with industry regulations, including FAA/EASA requirements. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate project management capabilities, and work within GE’s Lean practices and principles.
