The ideal candidate for the Gasoline / Diesel Emissions Calibration - Lead Integrator role at Quintessential Design Services Limited will have a deep understanding of automotive emissions, simulation tools, and regulatory compliance requirements. The role involves developing and applying simulation models to analyze, predict, and optimize gasoline engine emissions, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and improving engine performance. You will be responsible for designing and developing propulsion systems, including integration of core systems such as aftertreatment, gas path, thermal systems, 48V electrical power supply, and fuel storage systems. You will lead the design of propulsion system concepts, managing requirements mapping, functional failure analysis, and test case mapping. This role requires experience in ICE propulsion technologies, electrification systems (MHEV/PHEV), torque and thermal energy management, as well as emission control strategies. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, leading cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of future technologies within the automotive industry. You will work with various teams to deliver high-quality, robust, and legally compliant systems while maintaining alignment with customer expectations and market competitiveness.
