Essential skills include strong experience in Full Stack Linux development, proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Apache, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and solid knowledge of IP and mobile networking. Experience with web development, issue tracking using JIRA, and version control with Git is required. Desirable experience includes familiarity with Asterisk and related protocols (SIP, RTP, RTCP, WebRTC), containerized deployments with Docker, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and system architecture awareness.
