Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, a product-focused mindset, and the ability to ship production-ready features independently. The position offers £61,000–£70,000 plus equity, hybrid work with Tuesdays in central London, and visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates.
