Solve Intelligence is hiring a Founding RevOps / Growth Engineer in London (On-site) to build and scale the data-driven growth infrastructure behind its AI-powered Intellectual Property platform. This is a highly technical, engineering-focused role operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue, where the selected candidate will design and develop full-stack systems to track, analyze, and optimize the entire user journey from acquisition to enterprise adoption. Responsibilities include building product analytics and observability systems using tools like PostHog, Grafana, and Datadog, developing automated workflows for lead optimization and engagement tracking, running rapid experimentation and A/B testing, and defining core growth metrics alongside the founding team. The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development skills, exceptional product sense, growth-focused technical experience, and a data-driven mindset.
