Tracer Cloud Inc is a London-based company building an advanced observability platform for high-performance computing to help scientists debug bioinformatics pipelines and accelerate breakthroughs like drug development. As the Founding Product Marketing Manager, you will define Tracer’s story, develop messaging, content, and feedback systems to make founder-led sales calls more effective, and help convert demos into deals. You will operate at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, owning positioning for key features, creating sales assets, translating technical capabilities into clear benefits, coordinating with design, growth, and founders, and turning feedback from sales conversations into actionable insights. The role requires 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally in developer tools or infrastructure, exceptional messaging and writing skills, hands-on operational experience improving win rates, and being London-based or willing to relocate. Bonus points include marketing to FinOps, DevEx, enterprise, cybersecurity, life sciences, or related personas. This full-time, on-site position offers UK visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates, a salary range of £70K–£120K, and significant equity (0.2%–0.6%).
