Tracer Cloud Inc is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to take full ownership of designing, developing, and launching web and mobile applications from the ground up, shaping the product experience and building foundational systems for an advanced observability platform used in high-performance computing. In this role, you will architect, build, and deploy full-stack applications using Next.js, TypeScript, Vercel, and AWS, connecting frontend systems to backend databases like Clickhouse and internal APIs, while creating real-time dashboards, advanced data visualizations, and scalable solutions that support research and scientific innovation. You will collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams, establish engineering standards, implement best practices, and contribute to the overall technical strategy, while working autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment that demands creativity, adaptability, and a strong product mindset. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience building and maintaining complex full-stack systems, a proven track record of shipping production-grade applications independently, and the ability to manage end-to-end deployment, scaling, and maintenance. Additional experience with high-performance data platforms, prior startup experience, or leading major product launches is highly desirable.
