Join a Seed stage start-up on a mission to drastically reduce the mean time to respond to security incidents from months to minutes using intelligent, cloud-based security methods. As a Founding Product Engineer - Cloud Security, you will build the next generation of security infrastructure from the ground up, expanding platform capabilities with high-performance C# systems, scalable cloud-native architecture, and detection tools designed for speed, precision, and resilience. You will collaborate closely with the founders to shape technical direction, design and develop distributed systems, and create scalable services capable of handling high-volume event data in real-time. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation in security engineering across architecture, development, and deployment, while working in a fast-paced, seed-stage environment. Candidates should have strong experience in object-oriented programming and distributed systems, a background in building performant, scalable platforms, and an interest in security engineering and cloud infrastructure. Technologies used include C#, Python, Go, AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes. The position is onsite in London, offers a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 plus equity and benefits, and visa sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates.
